Relaxation meds and SJS

Which meds used for relaxation do you all find are the most "SJS-friendly"?
I'm looking for something to calm hyperactivity of the nervous system
but which won't dry me out even more or lower my blood pressure.

Sjogren's (+ RA): positive ANA, RNP, RNP-A, APCA. Severe eye dryness + inflammation, multiple sensitivities and allergic reactions, fatigue.

60,primary sjs, diverticulosis,ibs,atrioventricular blocks 2 degree first type, acid reflux.
omeoprazole, vit c, flack seed, omega 3, b complex, nac,systane ultra, pineapple seeds

Thanks blue, that's what I was thinking, though they only help for a few hours at a time
and are usually not recommended for long-term treatment.
But they do help alot.
