ALCAT testing?

Has anyone here tried doing Alcat testing to check for food sensitivities that might be worsening their symptoms? I discovered tonight that I may have a sensitivity to eggs (which, granted, I always hated and considered gross as a kid . . .  maybe I should have trusted my "gut"!). I've already had to eliminate wheat, which has helped.

But what if I have multiple food sensitivities or intolerances that are complicating things? I have written to ask my doctor for her opinion, but wondered if anyone here has tried this sort of testing.

I've looked into Anti-inflammatory cookbooks (somewhat doable, but bland) and the Autoimmune Protocol (tough for my family, since my husband does not like meat very much).
Diagnosed with primary SS 2/2017 after 20+ years. Double vision from 6th nerve palsy, severe anxiety (now gone!), fatigue, dry eyes. Now: 12.5 mg Prednisone (burst), 200 mg Plaquenil, Prozac, Wellbutrin, Restasis, Xiidra.

Anne, I had the food sensitivity test done. I totally believe in it now as well. I had a leaky gut and probably still do, so it helps to know. I had to eliminate a lot. Sometimes you can re-introduce foods or just eat them in small amounts on occasion. I had to eliminate wheat, dairy, eggs, soy and yeast. Those were my main ones, I had about 15 other lower sensitivities that are too many to mention. I think it helps to eat anti-inflammatory foods for sure, lots of veggies, berries and other fruits.
