Hello everyone, I'm new here and have very many questions line most of you do. I suffer from anxiety and I'm unsure of what to do right now, I've told my Dr I think I could have sjogrens from all the research I've done so he did the SSA antibody blood test and mine was a <7.0 and I guess normal is <0.3 ? I don't understand any of that but anyways he said I was fine but I feel far from fine.

Here's a little about me and my problems, I started off feeling like something was in my eyes and they where burning , went to the eye Dr now I have glasses and they think it could be dry eyes, right after that the salvirary gland in my check started to hurt and it looked like a pimple now I have constant salty taste coming from back left side of my mouth . I then started noticing the next day my face was getting very oily within a hour I have to keep wiping it every hour or It puddles on my face almost this goes for my hair also. My throat sometimes feels like there is something stuck in it. I've had thrush also for a while I was taking antibiotics for tooth surgery though.

I have many other things going on but that's the basics and this all came on within couple months? Will it get better or what should my next step be? What do you guys think please im completely lost no one believes me really because of the anxiety and my constant symptoms.

I've had numerous blood test , I've had CT of my head sinuses for tumors and stuff , X-ray of my chest many ER visits and Dr visits within last 6 months from everything going on and they seem to think I'm 100% healthy.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Solo,

Welcome to the forum.  If your symptoms continue to persist, you should try to get a referral to a Rheumatologist.

Take a deep breath and hang in there!

I will, it's been very tough and strange. Ive had this gland issue in my face/ head going for months now , it's constant everyday 24/7 wake up Greasey face /dry eyes headaches daily. I know the mouth/eye glands are pretty effected by sjogrens but what about this horrible oily face and scalp my skin was never like this then one day instant oil now everything never seems to let up. If I do have it does it ever go away or into remission?

I've seen that article thank you, that could be the oily problem. I have the strangest thing going on with all of this also a feeling of needing to sneeze for over a week now non stop, but I haven't sneezed once. It just feels like the part where you get the achhhh but no chooo. Anyone else have anything like this?

Sometimes more than one thing is going on at once.    Could at least some of your symptoms be allergic?

Another thing I would say is that anxiety can actually create symptoms.  (This has happened to me).    I'm by no means saying this is the case with you, I obviously have no idea.   But it would do you no harm to prioritise ways of reducing your anxiety.   Could you try some things like exercise, relaxation exercises, meditation etc.   Even if you have an AI problem (and diagnosis often takes a long time) this will give you some benefits. :)
