Throat gland pain?

I've been having on-again/off-again pain in what feels like my upper throat
or glands in that area. Gargling with warm salt water eases the pain somewhat.
It's been coming and going for a few weeks now and I don't know what to attribute it to.
Could this be SJS related?

Sjogren's (+ RA): positive ANA, RNP, RNP-A, APCA. Severe eye dryness + inflammation, multiple sensitivities and allergic reactions, fatigue.
