Doctors in NJ/NYC - Moving

Hi - I'm moving to NJ - specifically the area of Bridgewater/Morristown/ Princeton.

I'll need a new rheumy, gastroenterologist, primary care, and neurologist.  If anyone has a doctor they like, please let me know.

I can also access NY by train, so if you know of good doctors in NY, that's plausible too. 

If you don't like to be public about your doctors, please PM me.

Thanks!   BTW, I'm going to have to get use to snow again after living 9 years away from the Northeast.

I looked on the Sjogren's Syndrome Foundation site under the support groups. Here is the info I found.
Also, if you check with the leaders of these groups,  they are likely to know the good docs.

65 degrees here yesterday.. snow today.. sun out so almost gone here in NJ.

New Jersey: Ann Kiessling  is in the shore area, as are the support meetings.

Rameck R. Hunt, MD, FACP @ Princeton Medical has a good reputation (not sure how far he is from you) and great for contacts. DH sees him.
Dr. Hunt is a graduate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his residency at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

I see Dr. Schlesinger, Rheum @ Robert Wood Johnson, as well as Dr. Vivino @ PennMed/Sjogrens Center, Philadelphia, Pa
I am in Mercer County near route I95 (by car both Drs. are 45-60 min drive.) Philly drive goes against comuter traffice.. RWJ the morning drive depending on time of appt is with some traffic.

We keep Drs. in Electronic record network.. so they are on the same page/ access.

I have lived in Morristown nearly all my life.  Unfortunately I am only so/so on most of my local docs which is why I have my first appt at the Sjogren's center at Johns Hopkins next month.  Rheumatologists at Hospital for Special Surgery in the city should be first rate, but if you Pm me, we can talk. 

This may sound strange but I'd be happy to have you live nearby.  There is no Sjs support group in northern NJ and the current ones in Toms River and NYC seem too far for me.

Thanks so much - just to confirm that's Naomi Schlesinger?   I knew about Dr Vivino - my current rheumy is knowns him, and she also recommended one of his younger colleagues as well, but I have that written on a peace of paper at home.  My first choice would be to have someone a bit closer than Philly, so I'm going to try some local doctors first.  I'll PM you about my move- I'm shy about some things on the internet. 

I'm currently in NJ, and saw the sudden change!  Heading back to California this morning. But will be back soon.
