Title of the book so many suggest?

Hi, been dealing with the wonderful issues of autoimmunity off and on for 15 years and no real solid diagnosis yet. Primary symptom is p neuropathy and severe g intolerance. Looking for the title of the book so many on here have mentioned on "being sick?" I do pretty well with what I deal with, but a book that gives help would be appreciated. Many days are good, but there are times when crawling into bed at 6:30 in the evening is all I want to do - it sounds good right now.
