Menstrual Cycles and Sjogrens

My 12 year old daughter has ocasional spotting accompanied with moodiness yet i woildnt consider this a proper menstrual cycle. It started over 12 months ago. Ive asked her specialist if sjs could be affecting her and if this spotting is in fact her menstrual cycle. He said "possibly." Im eager to know if anyone has any experience with this as my daughter is waiting expectantly for her menstrual cycles to start and im wondering if they already have but the sjs has minimised them?

I'm not sure if this will help at all, but I've personally noticed that I tend to have the strongest flare symptoms that week before my cycle starts. I have a calculator for my cycle - so I can time it that way... but I'll just know. Physically all my symptoms are amplified.
