First time on Evoxac

I was started on Evoxac just about 2 weeks ago. I can already tell a difference with my eyes my mouth, and my skin. I am so excited about this improvement. However, can some of you tell me how you take it?
I am supposed to take it 3 times a day, however, when it's time to go to bed, I am so diaphoretic that it keeps me awake. I get so hot and sweaty that I throw off my covers. Then I freeze from the cold air hitting my wet skin, so I put the covers back on.
I am going to try taking it earlier. Your thoughts?

I'm so glad the Evoxac is working for you.  You will get used to taking it and the side effects will become less with time. 

It still will make me slightly diaphoretic at times, but I am so grateful for the effects that I don't care anymore.  I think it does get better with the passage of time.  It has just about saved my life and I would panic if I didn't have it.

Thanks Kathy! I have to say, I had no idea just how dry my mouth was until I started on it. And my skin....it is soft and smooth instead of itchy and scaly!!!! I'm loving it! It's worth the cost!!!

This will improve with time.  I used to sweat profusely but was so dry I endured.  I have now been taking for ten years and only sweat mildly.

I've been taking it every 8 hours - upon waking, shortly after lunch, and just before bed. The sweats went away after about a week for me.

I had the sweating problem at night also so I just take it in the morning and at bedtime. I am just so rushed  during the day I gave that up.  The schedule works for me just fine.

So grateful for all your responses. It really gives me hope that side effects will subside. I so wish the docs could have figured all this out so many years ago. But I'll be grateful for finally getting some relief.
