I woke up this morning and was fine.  Took a hot shower, as usual, to get some of the stiffness out.  Sat down for 10 minutes and when I got up, I could not stand up straight.  It was bothering me a little this past weekend, but nothing like this!  I am in No. California and it is very cold and raining, AGAIN.  Maybe arthritis in hips?  I started taking Vitamin D3 and Magnesium today.  I believe it is muscles in my lower back.  The stiffness just will not let me stand up straight.  I feel like the hunchback of Notre Dame!  Anyone got any suggestions? :'(

I use the heating pad and 400mg of Advil, mine usually starts with a change in the weather, i.e. rain or colder temps.
