When out blood sugars are too high we get fatigued and sleepy and low on energy. Actually, if our blood sugars get too high we can pass out. It is such a fine line to walk to keep blood sugars in line.

Have you had instructions in the diet for diabetes by a dietician?? My old clinic did a really good teaching class that we had to go to every 2 years. It was repeat but very helpful in getting us motivated. Peanut butter is so good for a snack. I like to put it on a small graham cracker or a rice cake. The chocolate rice cakes and graham crackers are the best. lol I crave chocolate and that is one way to get it.

Hope you can get your blood sugars in order. I have such a time when I am on the higher dosages of steroids and it gets stressful trying to keep it in line. Take care. Irish

Wow just dropped into stroll through a few post here. And there is Irish - I like so many others listen up when Irish posts.

Irish your my champion sjoggie as you have long been for every one here.
Please take care of yourself and I will wrap you in prayer tonight.

I have streamlined my decorations and I take small task with brief rest as I check off my to do's. But I know I can't tell you anything new.
You are the best at raising spirits and inspiring.
I hope for you sweet Christmas movies and music to give you Joy.
And I am sure that your family will look after you too.

I am sorry you had trouble posting and loosing it repeatedly.
I use my note pad and then I copy and paste into SJW. That way if I loose it, I still have it.
It's good to see everyone posting - I always feel comforted to see sjoggie comradeship here.

I have had too many UTI this year. And right now dealing with upper respiratory mucus- it is SO hard to get rid of this stuff. So I came to see if any one else is dealing with the same.

I hope your Dr's have some solid answers for you soon.

Irish - love hugs and prayers,
Kim

Gosh, kimbo, How long has it been since you have been to visit. Lots of stuff gone over and under the bridge in your life, too, I bet.

Thanks for the nice remembrances. I have gotten old while you were gone. I will be 74  in about a month and I can't believe it.

Hope you are doing well and having a good holiday season. Stay warm case lots of cold weather in store this month. Take care and God Bless. Irish

I just reviewed your post and see you are a low maintenance Sjoggie. That is great. I am a high maintenance one and it sure wears a fellow out.lol
