Eye patch/mask

Anyone wearing eye patches or eye masks at night to help with dryness of the eyes? Does it work? Night time is miserable right now 😢

I think you should try Restasis, it was a miracle for me.

My night time routine is:

Use Thermalon dry eye compress
Steam using Vicks Personal Steam Inhaler
Wipe lids with eyelid cleaning wiptes
Use Restasis
Humidifier in bedroom
Genteal eye gel drops before lights out (at least 10 minutes after Restasis) and if I wake up during the night
Genteal eye gel upon waking up. I put it in my eyes and then stay in bed with eyes closed for 10 minutes. Gives me a head start on the day.
