All,

I'm curious if anyone has MGUS as a result of Sjogrens? And if so, what you have learned about the progression of autoimmune MGUS to MM? I'm wondering, if it's different than for "idiopathic" MGUS. Also, an info on switching from polyclonal to monoclonal.  Really any good science on this would be helpful.

For what its worth, I have a second opinion consult with Dr. Ghobriel at Dana Farber. She's a cutting edge, hematologist/oncologist who is studying who and what progresses to MM. She's doing a huge patient tracking, if anyone is interested in helping out with this study. You don't need to be a patient and it's free.

I'm guessing not many have MGUS (monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance). I had assumed as much, but was still curious.

I have MGUS but I don't know if it is conected to mySjogrens.  I found out that I had MGUS long before Sjogrens was even thought of for me.
