Thanks for your story CarlaJ,
Interesting that you did experience the skin thinning at such a relatively low dose and short period.
I do believe age also determines how obvious this symptom becomes to us.
May I ask what your age is?
It's great you're trying to live life to its fullest, but I don't think there's any need to be anxious over progression. Everybody's course is different and not everybody progresses, especially with meds keeping the levels of inflammation in check.
Sjogren's (+ RA): positive ANA, RNP, RNP-A, APCA. Severe eye dryness + inflammation, multiple sensitivities and allergic reactions, fatigue. 
ORENCIA, Restasis, Anti-inflammatory diet, Vit. D & C, Ubiquinol 100mg, Omega 3....

LDP = low dose prednisone
Sjogren's, Psoriasis, Hashimoto's, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Cold hands/feet,  fatigue,  pilocarpine-25 mg , Restasis, Plaquenil, Low dose Prednisone (2-3 mg daily) Xylimelt, Citrucel, Alcon-Naturale, Tears,Omega 3, Vit.D, Caltrate+D3, Fosamax, CoQ10, Zinc, Oxtellar. Levothyroxene

And yes it is odd to have thin skin on low dose prednisone.  Carla
