Describe your saliva? How long between your dry eyes and mouth?

Still in the process of being diagnosed. Last appointment the rheumatologist stated with confidence that I do not have sjogren's but didn't offer alternate explanations and I am in a wait and see period. I do not know if I am developing dry eyes and if the pilocarpine is masking it.

Can someone describe the quality of their saliva with sjogren's?

Mine is sparse, white, and watery.

Also, how long did it take once you got dry mouth to get the dry eyes? Or did it work the other ray around? Or both presented at the same time?

I do not notice much mouth dryness yet. My eyes are slightly dry and I use gel like eye drops when needed. Eye problems started about 1.5 years ago as a feeling like there is something in the right eye.

I had dry eyes for many years but didn't really think much of it.  And then the dry mouth started literally overnight a few months ago.  It has completely consumed me!  I am miserable and cannot think about anything else.  I still have no diagnosis of sjogrens but have many symptoms of this and scleroderma but also no diagnosis even thought I have the positive antibodies for scleroderma.  I am living in limbo like many people with these diseases.

My dry eye started a year or two ago. My eye doc told me I had mild dry eye. It didn't bother until this year. One night my mouth, eyes and nose were all dry. The dry mouth is constant. The dry eye and nose come and go but lately they too have stuck alround. It's all mild to moderate symptoms. Not as bad as some but a constant annoyance. I don't wear my contacts much.

Oh, my saliva was normal according to ENT. I would have yours (if you have one) do a saliva flow test to check amount your producing as well as the quality of the saliva.
