Trouble finding words and getting them out

I've had trouble with this since peri-menopause. It was also the time all these auto immune problems happened for me. When I was on Wellbutrin, I didn't have a problem with that but Wellbutrin gave me tremors so I had to stop. Ugh! I hated that. Sometimes I think when my thyroid is off, the problem is worse. I really hate this though. Sometimes, the word will just pop back into my head a few minutes after I wanted to use it. But, it definitely comes and goes for me. Of course, when I am tired, like today, it is worse.
