So I got my results for 23 and me. It is interesting to know that they test for Sjögren's Larsens, which is completely different from Sjögren's syndrome. If someone is wanting to do this test, they need to know they are testing for one serious and rare genetic disorder that can be passed to a child. This does not provide any information with regards to autoimmune disorders, including Sjögren's.

At least I know that I'm not a carrier for the tested disorders.

Yes I learned after the testing that it is Sjogren's Larsen that they are testing for. I was frustrated because I thought it was SjS. I really didn' t learn much from the testing, particularly given the cost.

I did my test before the government shut down, so I do not know what the test results show now. However mine did list "regular" sjogren's as well as the sjs larsen.
I found this test confirmed not diagnosed conditions and showed many possibilities due to genetics. My top three red flaged ones where psoriatic arthiritis(highest flag) rheumatoid arthritis and limited difuse scleroderma. After that came small cell carcinoma of the lungs and stomach. It also confirmed that I'm genetically inclined to be B6 and folic acid difficient which is true since I test low on those everytime.
