I take 5200 units of flaxseed every day. It is very good at lowering cholesterol also.

I take Pilocarpine (generic Salagen), Fish oil (1200 mg 2xday), and use a humidifier when the furnace is on.

And I spray my eyes at night (Nature's Tears)when I get up to pee (IC).

And I wash and massage my eyes in the morning with a warm/hot washcloth.
