Kathy- I have a son the same age. No matter how old they are, we are still mothers that worry.
My thoughts and love are with all of your family.

Hi Kathy - just catching up and I'm so sorry to hear Michael has had to go through this.   I do hope your anxious wait will soon be over and there is good news.  You must be worn out waiting and worrying.  It is the worst feeling ever when our children (whatever their age) are unwell or struggling.

Sending you lots of love  xx Ailsa

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, prayers and good vibes. We have no results yet, so I'm hoping no news is good news.

Hi my loveley friends

Sorry for this very belated update, but I have been having broadband, work and moving home stresses, so haven't been on here for a while.

Michael had his scan results, and there is nothing serious on them. He has some liver issues, probably caused by some of his meds, but they are goig to do a thorough review, to see if they can change anything. Bless him, whenever his morphine is reduced, his fibro goes into an almighty flare, so it's about benefits and risks now.

Anyway, he's much chirpier, now that he knows there's nothing too sinister going on.

Thank you so much for all your positive vibes, prayers and thoughts.

Sending Michael and family continued positive thoughts..
Fibro pain can be very intense and so exhausting in and of itself.

I am grateful mine is managed and I wish the same for your son.
