Pupura - Purple Spots on Forearms

Anyone else experiencing pupura on your forearms and/or skin so thin it bleeds if you rub it?
Raynauds, sero-negative RA, Primary SjS, osteopenia, degenerative disc disease, disc protrusions,stenosis, Carpal tunnel,  poly neuropathy, myoclonus, hiatal hernia, esophagitis, viral infection, Leukopenia. Restasis, Vitamin D, B12, Evoxac, Lanzoprezole, calcium acetaminophen.

I often get bruises on my forearms if I scratch them or rub them too hard.

I notice you have Thrombocytopenia, so you must have a tendency to bleed easily.

No never had this SjoGirl and that doesn't sound right either. Have you shown it to your rheumy or PCP? Is it something new? Take pics of it so they can see it, if you haven't shown them. Take pics anyway. Never know when you might need them.

I agree with Andrea that you should be seen, preferably by your Rheumatologist.

No, but I get cherry angiomas...(also called cherry hemangiomas, Campbell De Morgan spots, or 'Senile angiomas' thank you very much).

I get petechia on my palms and forearms, last summer I had it all over my trunk. Doc says it can be from vasculitis, another thing is thrombocytopenia. To be checked get a crp and sed rate a cbc too look at the cell counts and a thrombin and prothrombin coagulation tests. Sometimes regular cbc test is not enough to show coagulation problems.
