Hi guys 'n girls,

Setting up a poll is not so easy, due to the limited amount of options.
In this poll I'm trying to find out if any type of drink is helpful for our symptoms. I've tried to include a wide variety of options, please forgive me if I've forgotten some.

For me, green tea helps a little against dry mouth & decreases joint stiffness. I also find strawberry juice (pure, without sugar) helps increase saliva, especially right after I've taken a Salagen tablet.

Curious to learn from you!

Ihavent tried that but hot water and lemon soothe me when I dont have mouth ulcers.

There is a company that does specialist 'teas' - without the tea and I buy their ginger and lemon infusion. I've read that both lemons and ginger are saliva stimulants.
