Happy New Year!!!  ;D  A brand new year, and a new year of celebrating birthdays and anniversaries here on the forum.

To all those who celebrate a birthday or anniversary in the month of January, we'd like to celebrate the occasion with you - so, if you want, tell us the date of your celebration.

Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary to our members who celebrate the occasion in January.

I'm always glad to have a celebration that involves cake and/or presents!    :D

I can't believe the month is almost half over and NOBODY has a reason to eat cake in January???   :'(

Well, I hate to admit it but I will be 71 in a few days. I look 91 the past months from my "condition" and the stress of the other stuff going on at our house. I figure if I can make it through all this I might be able to last a couple of more years. I am still fairly limber but as we all know that darn fatigue is something else.

My SIL has the same birthday as me and my sis is 2 weeks later. I always buy my sis the really crazy cards that give you a gut wrenching laugh. It is a dirty job but someone has to do it.

Hope all of you with January birthdays and anniversarys are able to enjoy your day. Irish

Well, I HIT the big 50 yesterday!

Actually, I'm not upset about it in any way.  It's more of a accomplishment for me as I never thought I'd make it this far...LOL

Co-workers took me to lunch and hubs showed up with a cake (there's your cake Bucky!)  Hubs bought me a pair of Toms shoes I've been wanting and I took a rain check from him on a new camera lens.  I'm still learning my new camera and didn't know what I wanted yet. :)

My husband is a camera man (hobby, and he belongs to a camera club) - he loves to drool over all the lenses and options to buy from.  I miss my old drop-in film Nikon camera.

I focused on ME for the day...nap, relaxing, made a coffee cake, and had some popcorn & watched a movie.  Did one load of laundry so I wouldn't feel like a complete bum...LOL

Plans for a Murder Mystery Dinner Theater with family next week for a more formal celebration.

Today is our beloved Co-Founder of Sjogren's World, Care's birthday.  Without Care, this site would not be here for all to share.

This week if you get a chance, have some cake or ice cream in Care's memory - she loved them both!
