Thanks, everyone. I had a lovely day. I took the day off from gardening, and had a delayed lunch at Red Lobster with my father-in-law. Back to the mulch tomorrow! I never did make the cake yet.

First, I have to clean up the kitchen to make a cake. Before that, I have a mountain of mulch in my driveway to distribute, and a new lawn to seed. Then I can clean up the kitchen and make my cake.

Sigh. Definitely before Halloween!
