okay i've quickly learned the tired thing is normal for life with sjogren's and then there  is TIRED when you add mono on top of it. I work with adults with disabilities and apparently caught it from a client......naptime and Gatorade in my future. Hopefully the extra tired passes quickly because other than that I'm not symptomatic for mono just the usual stuff.

If its not one thing, its another!

Yes, tamaran,

It's always something!

Take good care of yourself.  Mono seems 'common' but it can be damaging, so you want to take it easy.

A blood test will let you know when it's gone, too,

Keep us posted.

Years ago when they ran a bunch of test prior to my Sjogrens diagnosis, dr told me I had had Mono in the past.l Suprised me as I would think I'd remember it and know when I had it.
He said I might have had it just mild then. Guess it leaves a "marker" in your blood. ???

Mono is no fun. It nearly killed me, my son - and my daughter - all at different times - and in different ways. It is not usually a killer - but it can be serious - and the fatigue can last forever.

Take care - Scottie
