Can't remember the name of the person - could have been Helen Reddy, and the song 'I am what I am, yes, I'm my only special creation'.

At least, I think that's what it's called.

I LOVE the Traveling Wilburys! But mine would be " It's alright". Not sure if that's the name but they tell you it's alright 20some times throughout the song. My son and I counted once and decided there are definitely days you need to hear that it's alright that many times! And then maybe play it again :)

Many years ago, Disney did a short that would not be PC today because of the stereo typing. Forgetting the that the  video is not PC, The "song of the south" has been one of my favorites along with "What a wonderful World".

"Song of the south" refrain:
Zippity-do-Dah, Zippity-ay, my oh my what a wonderful day
plenty of sun shine heading my way
Zipity do dah, zippity ay

Mister blue bird on my shoulder, ain't it a fact, it's actual, everything is satisfactual

Mister Louis Armstrong did such a beautiful rendition of "What a wonderful world". It warms my heart every time I hear it.

There are so many songs that can lift our spirit, they just seem like the right things to program our minds with. They allow us to better tolerate the pain, depression, and anxiety.
