Had an MRI done and it came back normal, however my Rheummy thinks I should see a Nerurologist because of my memory problems and light sensitivity.....I used to have brain fog but it has progressed where sometimes my mind just is a blank....has anyone seen a Neurologist for these issues? What was your outcome? I do have cronic headaches and numbness but I thought that all adds up to Sjogrens......
Sjogren's diagnosed Dec 20, 2010, Hypothyroid, Diabetes 2, Autoimmune Hepatitis, Mitral Valve  Prolapse, Gerds, Antiphospholipid Syndrome,  Synthroid, Paxil, Prilosec, Evoxac, Plaquenil, Tramadol, Simvistatin, Restasis, Baby Asprin, vitamin D, Januvia, Amlodipine, Gabapentine

Glad to hear your MRI came back normal.  If you see a neurologist, he/she may request you have neuropsychological testing for basic cognitive function, including memory.  It takes several hours of one on one testing.  It would probably be a good idea if just to get a baseline (a bit late now, I know) so that if things continue to get worse, the doctor can see and document these changes.

Here's Wiki's link to this testing:

My memory continues to worsen but sadly, there is not much offered to help reverse this.  There are now programs to stimulate brain function (Lumosity for one).  I have not use them yet, but it certainly can't seem to hurt.
