I've had swelling in the parotid glands/nodes but now I've got nodes popping up on both sides of the bottom of my neck in the posterier cervical node area ( I know this bec I googled lymph nodes in neck in images).  I know the parotid nodes are usual but what about this new area?... Thanks y'all.

I think there are smaller salivary glands there also like in that same area of the lymph nodes under the jaw area. But by the collarbone thats normally lymph nodes.  Honestly I would be at the docs office toot sweet if it was me. I wouldnt take chances maybe just a mild infection or something but best to let the doctor see.

Or a virus which has triggered an auto immune response. I would go to the dr for some bloodwork and possibly steroids, maybe before it gets too much worse.
