My pharmacy is having a hard time getting any. I just talked to him today.
I thought I would try the generic also.  I guess my insurance won't pay for
Evoxac.  Sure hope he can locate the generic.........

I have been taking the generic for several weeks now.  It works exactly the same. No issues!

I think insurance companies and pharmacies are having a problem with this.  Supposedly a generic is cheaper than the brand name, but it seems like the generic is costing more than the brand.

So if someone asks for generic, they get it, but it's more expensive than the original.  I don't think they know how to price it and insurance companies are having trouble trying to understand this.

That's what happened to me.  I ended up getting the brand name med and it was cheaper than the generic, but still very expensive.  I don't think they know how to price it.  Lucy

Just got my new refill of the generic.  Now, it is only $5!!!!  The first month of the generic cost about $50 for me, the same as the brand name drug.  I'm glad it is now cheaper!

I hope others have the same luck in the coming weeks/months!

I've had no problem getting it and mine was $3. It works just as good as Evoxac.

So nice to save some bucks :)

Lucy & others, hope you can get it soon!!
