Met another Sjoggie via phone!

    A couple weeks ago, I got a phone call from a woman in my area who had read my article in our local newspaper.  it was published in March and she had cut it out.  Finally decided to get in touch with me. 
   We had a great conversation and decided to keep in touch.  Found out that we had many symptoms in common, but she has dry mouth which I do not have.
  We would both like to start a support group in our area.  So that is what we will be working on at our next visit. 
  Anybody have ideas that you have used to accomplish this?

Where to meet? Library? Church? For my chronic pain support group it was a basement room in LSS. We had an agenda with in our group. I think you see some of the same on this forum. Welcome, what is bothering us most, what can we do about it. We looked for patterns, and alternative treatments that worked. After we lost our meeting space, we kept in touch by phone for years afterward.

Thats awesome, I wish I could meet other sjoggie people. There are none where I live, the closest support group is 300 miles    Only support groups in my area are diabetes, cancer, drug addiction

That's why we want to start our group.  We need to decide how to advertise and where----

Ask Joe..........He is a wealth of information.  Sorry Joe, sort of kidding, bur not really--as you seem ready to post things to help others.  You have the "tones" which I don't understand, but you are a whole lot more.  Lucy

The tones date back over 5 millennial. There are several versions of singing bowls and bells that have been used in Tibet and India. I use a frequency generator to get the the correct tones. Try searching for "singing bowls healing". Some sites will pop up with the sounds.
