Question about ANA patterns

I've searched the board and see some references to the ANA patterns, etc, but most of these were for a higher titers.  My recent ANA was 1:40 (was previously 1:80, but don't know what pattern) with a homogeneous speckled pattern.  I've read that unless the titer is above 80, they pretty much just dismiss it.  I'm not positive for any of the antibodies (SSA, SSB, etc).  Do the patterns not mean anything unless the titer is high?

The patterns in low titers are usually not that concerning or telling. My daughter recently had an ANA of 1:40 nucleolar pattern which is pretty specific for seroderma but no one thinks she has scleroderma! Patterns can also change.
