The females are back in town,, havent seen the males, but the female is fixing up the nest she used last year,, glad to see her back

Oh I love humming birds. I have to refill mine. They have already went through what we had fixed. But, also redbirds are flooding our other feeder on our front porch. We just have birds everywhere, and love it.

It might have something to do with my dad's yard also. He lives down below our yard. He has bird feeders, houses, etc everywhere. It is like a little bird paradise around his house, so maybe we are getting some of this.

I LOVE HUMMINGBIRDS!!!!!  My aunt has them (like 10 of them) and they are so comfortable with people they'll come right up in your face and hover.  You actually have to worry about accidentally hitting them if you move too fast  :o.  My kids go nuts when we go over there, like it's a zoo or something!  They can get so close to them.

Yes, my hummers came back a few weeks ago. i wish I could find a hummer nest sometime.

We have Baltimore Orioles eating out of our hummingbird feeder.
