I lost two pounds but put it back on laying around after surgery. Grrr, it was hard work and hunger to lose it too.  Got back outside for a walk today and try to do yoga.  I figure if I am all stretched out and standing/sitting straighter I at least LOOK skinnier  ;D

I wanna put on weight.  It's a slow process as I have a thing about certain foods.  Am waiting to see a eating disorder specialist, hopefully soon, I am eating better than I was.  I'm currently 5 pounds off my target weight.  Those last few pounds are alwys the hardest though aren't they?  Whether you want to gain or lose.  GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Carebear

In December I began to monitor what I was eating, and I was shocked by my excess consumption.   :-[    I found that I had just ran out of excuses for my weight gain.

Well, I'm happy to say that this has become my new way of eating...in fact I now think of "food as medicine",  and I've lost 20 pounds.  And I feel much, much better.  Thanks for permitting me to pat myself on the back. ;D

Congrats Carebear.  That's great.  You're success is an inspiration.

Wildthing -  it is hard to gain weight eating healthy.  Its hard to physically consume enough fruit/vege/beans etc  to gain because they fill you up so fast!  And you don't want to eat junk.  Good luck with the last 5lb.

I put on 2 pounds yay!  Weighed today.  I'm only 109 lbs but my body fat (had that tested too) is way high.  Probably to do with the fat I'm carrying around on my torso.  Odd but true.  Boobs are just fat right?

Fat is fat, doesn't matter where it's at.  Sunday poetry :D
