Feeling so not myself   

Started two months ago with bronchitis,  then got a relasp. 

Since then I just do not feel myself, no energy, aches all over, fibro kicking my bum!  Hate this, all I want to do is feel better, don't know how to get back to feeling crappy, yes I said crappy cause that seems to be normal.  But this feeling is beyond crappy, this is a 20 on a scale of 1 - 10!

Just do not know what to do!

Listen to each {tone} for three minutes in the morning and three minutes in the evening. I just takes 15 minutes in the morning and evening to play the three tones. Thirty minutes per day. Download them and put them on your MP3 player if you wish. Many have talked to me about this and told me how it had saved their life. I hope it helps you also.

Sorry to hear you have been having such a rough time of it.   You don't have any meds listed in your signature line.  Do you take any Rx's for the pain?

I couldn't continue without my pain meds.  I would feel crappy everyday too.

You could be having depression or anxiety. Lots of us here take something for that.

I got over a sinus infection (2nd time!)  with no appetite, achey, felt no strength and 50/50 chance of keeping food on my stomach.  My gp said I had a very tense noisy stomach.  He put me on Citalopram (cheap cost) and it did the trick after a few days.  Me I get tense and upset and it goes right to my stomach.

I know you probably don't like to take pills, but there is no sense going on miserable when something can help. Talk to you dr about getting something.

Also, talking to a counselor (that doesn't have an emotional investment in you) helps. Most insurance companies pay for a few sessions per year. You could check that out.
