I need 8 -9 hours of sleep but seldom get it.

Sometimes i have to go back to bed when I get the kids off to school.

Like Cargillwitch  I sleep much better when I do yoga or exercise.

Jo says that mediation helps with the deficit and I agree.

I have fallen in love w/ " the most relaxing song in the world"  (not the real name but if you google it you can listen on Y-- T---.  It is by marconi union.  I listen to it for meditation during the day sometimes or have it on as I read before bed.

Sis, thank you for the marconi union song suggestion for relaxing. I am always looking for good music and I love all types.

Wow we have a lot of different sleep patters at both ends of the spectrum.
I sleep 10 to 12 hours at night and have a 2 hour nap. Sometimes I nap twice in a day. If I have to function on 8 hours or less and cant have a nap I can do that for a day but longer then that and I get a sick. I will even get a low grade fever.
Thanks all for answering the question.
