Thanks, everyone!  Ok, chocolate cake all around.  :D

I had a pleasant and peaceful day. Some calls and texts from my 3 children, my husband made dinner and gave me a couple of small gifts.  I am happy and feel blessed!

Hi Bucky and Kathy,

This has been my best birthday ever!  All my friends and family have been celebrating my birthday for over a week now. 

I've been out to dinner two nights, had a big family birthday barbecue at my brother's, on my actual birthday my sister-in-law took me to lunch and we spent the afternoon shopping.  When I came home that evening my husband had cleaned the house, cooked us dinner, and gave me a great gift.  It was an art sculpture and I just love it. 

I feel so blessed.

Bucky, the milestone is next year.  I'll be double-nickels. 

This is most certainly not the norm-everyone was in town and in a celebratory mood.  They all couldn't get together at the same time.  So, I was more than happy to accommodate their schedules, which made for a fabulous birthday week.  I wish this would become the norm!!!!!!!!  I am so lucky to have been completely spoiled.
