Any video's out there that explain to children about Sjogrens/fibro

I was wondering if anyone knew of a youtube video or DVD that talks to kids about parents who have Sjogrens.  I feel like I'm constantly saying.. don't touch me there, I cant, sorry I'm too tired.  I have so much guilt for not being able to do the things I want to do with my kids. I was hoping that there was a good way of explaining that sometimes mommy just can't.
