Sjogren's Diet

Noticing in the thread on the other board that the link to the Sjogren's diet is only a list of things what to eat and what not to eat.

Just got my new cookbook notebook (to add my own recipes to) and think I'm going to go through all my recipes and take out the bad, replace the good; add new good recipes in all categories and see what it looks like at the end of the year.

Thinking about opening up my tumblr acct to do recipes and pictures cuz really, whatever has gotten this "chef Nara" crap to kick in overdrive has got to be focused somewhere so why not publicize it???
