Hi
I am new to sjogrens and not sure what to expect day to day. Some days my mouth is quite dry-other days its not too bad. Other than being tired all the time and not being able to wear my contacts, I feel generally pretty good. today however, everything is sore. Stomach, hands, knees lower back and i have a fever of 100.8. Could this be a flare? or is it just a "bug" and Im blaming it on the sjogrens?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated as I try to navigate this disease. :o

I know that you may not like my answer but ... yes. I would still go and get it checked out by the doctor.

As, sauce, I would have a bowl, dehydrated I have about 10-15, as juice 8-12 oz, or just one pill twice per day.
