my very dry bad eye-goes from total dryness to wetness and back again in hour

anyone else have an eye or both eyes-one minute bone dry =drops doing nothing.out of nowhere you get tons of tears , the eyes look nice and white feel good etc..  and of course dries up within an hour again..

I get this often and it makes me really think that my symptoms are due to neuropathy instead of actually glandular damage.   I'll wake up sometimes with bone dry eyes, tingling, and numberness and at other times I'll actually drool or have tears, especially with Evoxac. 

I have autoimmune anhidrosis and total body dryness, yet I can take Evoxac and start sweating again like nothing is wrong.

Many of us produce "reflective tears."  Reflective tears are when you catch a breeze in your eyes and makes your eyes water.  The watering feels like tears and it is, but they are just like plain water with none of the "good stuff" our regular tears are made of.  If you saw something that made you sad, it might make you "tear up" although you may not actually cry.  The welling of tears is the response.  Lucy

I notice my eyes get like this when my allergies are bad...so dry one minute, running the next?
