Is this familiar to anyone??

Hi everyone!
I have been crazy busy like all of you, trying to get ready to celebrate Christmas.  I woke up this morning with a temp, severe pain in all of my joints, and just felt really ill.
My fever is gone now, joints are better, just feel bad.  Oh, my lungs hurt so much I can hardly use my inhalers! Does anyone get a "flare" like this??
I know we are all different, but am wondering if there are those of you that get a fever, pain, and lung problems during what I am thinking is a flare.

Yikes, Design! Sounds like you're having a bad time.

Makes me wonder if you've done too much and are having a flare. Or if maybe you've got the flu.

I don't get a fever when I flare -- in fact, my temperature goes down to about 96.5 -- so that makes me wonder about the flu. I'm no medical person, but I seem to remember that a temperature indicates an infection of some kind.

Fibromyalgia flairs often start this way. That is why it is so often thought of as flu like symptoms.

Oh really Joe! I didn't know that. My Rheum told me I had Fibro, but I didn't really believe him. Now I am beginning to wonder...
I did go to the doctor today, and he thinks I am having a flare. And that Sjogrens is making my lungs bad. So he is giving me more steroid inhalers to see if that helps.
This stuff is really crazy, but I am so thankful for 2 doctors that believe all of the things that SJS does to us!!! He even asked me if my bladder was bothering me!

My rheumy told me I don't have Fibro and yet the same thing happends to me. Hmmmm. Maybe I should talk to him agian.
