In desperation, I dug out a pair of SAS shoes that I bought for some reason about 15 years ago, and they were comfortable. I wore them all weekend, and now I am fine, back to normal. That was very weird.  But at least I know what to do if it happens again!
I refuse to tiptoe quietly through life, only to arrive safely at death's door.

Sjogrens, Hashimotos, CFS.  Also, fast approaching CRS Syndrome ;)
