Plaquenil.....does it really restore some eye and mouth moisture??

Plaquenil has not helped with dryness. In fact, that continues to get worse. My eyes have actually been burning all day  :( My chronic cough continues to get worse as well.

Plaquenil has helped with the swelling in some joints, but hasn't completely gotten rid of the joint pain (particularly knees) and has not helped with fatigue at all.
SLE and SjS with PN. ANA >1:1280 speckled,
SS-A >8.0, RF positive. Botox for migraines, Clonazepam, Zoloft, Imitrex for migraines, CellCept 1000 mg, Plaquenil 200 mg, Restasis, Zofran for nausea, Gabapentin, Evoxac and Norco for pain.
