Fatigue is my worse thing now too.  I've been taking plaquenil for about three weeks now.  Hoping it helps...will it?

FOR ME --

Prior to plaquinel I barely had enough energy to get out of bed to use the bathroom ... and it took all my effort just to breathe.  REALLY.  No exaggeration.

With plaquinel (after a month or two) I could do more ... get around the house ... breathing is easier (though sometimes the chest is tight and it gets hard) ... after 6 months on plaquinel I can now sometimes go grocery shopping.

Without plaquinel .... it's like the dementors from Harry Potter .. hovering over me ... in their death shrouds .. sucking the life out of me.  With plaquinel it still sucks but the edge is taken off it ....

at least for me

The past two days, I've left my partial cubicle space with bright lights and found lights that were softer.  I hid in the one hall area, or found a meeting room no one was using and turned on as little lights as possible.  It helped me get through the day greatly!  I'm noticing more and more how much the lighting at work affects me.  But I'm not sure what to do with this knowledge.

Do I speak to my bosses about it?  What could they possibly do for me?
Plaquenil (generic), vitamin D, Amitriptyline, Citalopram

I told my boss that my lights were bothering me and asked if I could have them taken out or unscrewed on my side.  He said no problem.  He had maintenance come in and unscrew all the fluorescents on my side of the office.  When my office mate isn't in, I leave all the lights off.   Ask him. You never know until you do.

Funny you bring this up. I found out some time ago that the fluorescent lights in my office cause me migraines and other problems. People always comment about the fact that I never turn my lights on. Fortunately I have a window and the natural light is so much easier on the eyes.

I've got a window too.  I sometimes need to pull the blinds on those as well.  Today's wicked with that cold fro t blowing through the northeast.  My heads been pounding all day.

Feel better, Nara. I know what you mean. I am wearing a heavy cardigan over a shirt, slacks, thick socks and boots. I CANNOT warm up. I won't get warm until bath time tonight. Makes me hurt all over and hard to type!!

Thanks Kelly.  Are you able to bring in a small heater to put under your desk?  I have one and it has been a lifesaver.  Even during this past summer!!
