How did the NAC help you out

I bought 3 bottles a while ago and was going to use them for hair pulling - but my stomach was a mess - too many gases and pain -

I wasnt diagnosed with Sjogrens then - How does it help Sjogrens?

N Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is different than Aceytl L Carnitine. Cysteine is considered deadly to diabetics.
Carnitine is supposed to repair mitochondria DNA. Lipoic Acid removes the debris from the repair. These two supplements have been found to be beneficial in re-leaving brain fog. They have helped me manage symptoms. I have added other supplements now that work on a similar premise.
