Hi fellow Soggies        :D

Here we are, a brand new month - June 2011.  Along with this new month comes some new birthdays and anniversaries.

We'd like to celebrate the occasion with you - so, if you want, tell us the date of your celebration.

Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary to our members who celebrate the occasion in June.

I'm always glad to have a celebration that involves cake and/or presents!     ;D

Today the 2nd is my birthday and I am 63 yrs. old.

I went to the hardware store today and the guy in front of me asked for a senior discount, so I thought I'd ask too.
Boy did the clerk give me a nasty look and said "Are you sure you are a senior?"  I told her I was 63 today and she gave me
another nasty look, I told her I'd show her my ID and she said forget it.

Made me feel good!

Cricket, it sounds like you are making sjoggie 63 look good.  :)

I am standing in the chocolate cake line with my happy chocolate face on.  :D

I think I have missed some of these celebrations but want to wish all the June babies Happy Birthday! My mom, nephew and cousin are all June babies as well

Happy 63rd birthday 2 days late...that was too funny that they didn't believe your age...but must have made you feel pretty darn good! :) And chocolate cake from Portillo's?? I love it...YUMMY!

Mine is June 14th and I will be 62.  On the 3rd we celebrated our youngest grandaughter's second birthday.  Gotta love those dual personality Geminis!

Our anniversary is June 16th.... 38 yrs of wedded bliss. ;D

My birthday is June 13th.  I'll be a grand old 47.  Husband is secretly (he's trying but really not too good a keeping a secret from his wife lol) planning to take me to a fancy 5 diamond restaurant and to a casino afterwards (we're definitely not gamblers might even have to ask how the slot machine works haha) for a show.  

Hoping I'll be up to eating and sitting (not good for much other than lying around these days) but will definitely try my best because he wants so badly to take me somewhere to show me that I'm very special to him and that he cares.  I'm a very lucky woman indeed!

Thanks for the birthday wish Bucky.  Didn't think to look here lately and haven't commented lately either.  Went to dinner with hubby, but we always combine my birthday with Father's day for a family pool party/picnic.  So keep your fingers crossed for good weather and we will have a great time!!
