Here's another cam that might have some mare action soon.  This is also a cam where a rooster comes into the stall every once in a while I guess and can be pretty funny.

I'm wondering if the rooster isn't stopping things at Dreamscape. Labor can be interrupted in mares fairly easily.  (That's why many owners don't go into a stall until birth is actually underway.) For the better part of half an hour when I was watching her, she seemed to be so much concentrating, back side hunkered down 45 secs or so, then normal standing MANY times, plus tail flicking, biting her side, no eating at all. Rooster comes scurrying in and around and now she's eating!  ::)

Gee, we could have windows open before us like bingo cards---too many to keep up with!  ;D  On friend at my other board was doing this and brought up this analogy.  I thought it was just too, too funny---but perhaps true!

I now have six different windows open, watching for foals!  It is a BINGO game  ;D  Maybe we will have a foal tonight?

I have officially decided I know nothing about mares foaling. Swishing tail? No. Laying Down? No. Urinating all the time? No.

I have no clue.  I'll know it's happening when I see it coming out.

I guess we can leave the page open for alerts.  There was a low alert until a few minutes ago for Silver Creek Farms. When an alert shows in the bottom left corner, the farm name should be 'clickable' to take you directly to the farm's cam.  You can have audible alerts or not.  Darn, DH just when to beddie bye and the computer table is just outside the BR door.  No making use of my new knowledge tonight!  ;D

Ha-Ha! I had to turn my speakers on for a minute...and heard HOOVES galloping! It was the Barn Alarm. As DH was up anyway fpr a minute, I tested the high alarm sound---whinnying!!!! ;D
