Well, we have a new mare in the birthing stall.  I don't think this is Star, so I'm guessing it is Tease (but, I might be wrong).  There isn't any notes on the site to say who this is.

This one is eating too.  Pete and Repeat were in a boat . . .  :D

Now that we "kinda" know how the horse will act as it nears birth time, we can pinpoint the actual birth time a little better (listen to me, like I'm an expert watching one horse for days . . LOL).  Hope this one isn't three days in waiting.  One never knows, the baby will come when it's ready.

Angielyn - good luck to your daughter on her upcoming birth of her baby.  We'll pass on the web cam for her.   ;)

haha she doesn't even want anyone in let alone a cam... I'm going to take pics. but let me tell you, she already warned me I better wait until his head is at least half way out she don't want me to "see" her rofl  ;D

They are playing musical horses in the stall today.  Earlier, Tease was in there - now, they have switched and Star is in there.  The note there says Star seems to be closer to having her foal than Tease is.

One thing is for sure with the three mares we've seen in there lately . . . they ALL like to eat, and eat, and eat.

Star is still hanging in there.  She was in the stall 10 minutes ago, now she's not there - maybe, they let her out to pasture for a bit?  Last night while I was watching her she laid down, and kept looking back just like Patches did - then she laid all the way down.  Stayed that way for a few minutes and then got up again.

IF Star lays down, gets up, lays down, gets up like Patches did - then maybe it will mean she is getting closer and closer to delivering.  Today is Star's "due" date - we'll see if she delivers on her day.

According to the site posted an hour ago it says, "Star does not look ready to foal yet."  Ahhhh, poor horsey . . . . I just checked on her, she's eating!   ;)

It's 11:50 p.m. Ohio time and Star is just standing there in her stall.  Maybe, she's sleeping?  She's got her back to the camera.  She's really pooched out on the sides - I'm sure she's wishing this delivery was over already.  Poor thing.

Star is still waiting!!   ::)

I predict she will deliver some time TODAY.  I haven't had much time to "watch" her like I did Patches, but I think she will have her foal tonight.

The little bit I've been watching her today, she keeps moving around the stall.  It's been rainy there today in OH, so Star has been inside.  Maybe, if she keeps walking around it will speed the process up.  I know the night before my son was born I walked around the mall . . . Star . . . go to the mall!  LOL   ;D

OK Star.....Time to have that baby!  Saturday nights work better for me than Sunday nights because I have to get up early Monday morning so please, please have your baby tonight!  Of course it is all about working around MY schedule!  hahahaha. 

Poor Star looks uncomfortable....I think it is coming soon!

I just checked on the horses - they've switched to Tease.  And . . . she's eating!   :D

I've got to head to bed as I have to work in the morning - if I get a chance, I'll check before I head off to work in the morning to see if we have any new foals.

Here it is Monday morning and both mares are still pregnant!  Within the last five minutes someone has been in the stall with Star rubbing her belly, checking things and petting her.  Then the cam froze up and when it came back, the person was gone.

OK, my new prediction . . . TODAY is the day!!  The foal will be born at 1:07 p.m. Ohio time.  We'll see what happens.   :D

I think it will be a bit later today.....11:36 pm Ohio time!  Which mare is it going to be though??  last I saw they though Star was closer to foaling so I guess I will go with Star!
