Someone on my other board posted this earlier:

The foal at Astoria http://www.marestare.com/fcam.php?alias=astoria keeps heading for the milk bar, overshooting & reaching too far under the mare, so it walks under the mare out the other side, circles round and comes back for another go at it...

And does the exact same thing again! Cute, Cute, Cute!

 I didn't see this either. I think issuing the low alert was actually the owners notifying us of a birth. I think it was 'unattended' and noticed by someone on the Marestare thread shortly after the birth who probably called the owners---or the owners noticed the foaling starting or complete on the cam.

Man, have we had the foaling action today without the Barn Alarm alerts!  Are the owners and marestares like us just missing the labors as they are starting to happpen so fast from start to foaling, too many false alarms, fatigue? I want HOOVES. I want WHINNYING on the barn alarm. I want...I want...well, I'm just a little 2 year old aren't I!?   ;D

I guess Tease's behavior has been considered a bit unusual by some of us watching her this a.m.---including Kay.  She lay down for about twenty minutes I hear...basically with her legs straight out and a few rolls onto her tummy (possible labor/foaling positions plus actions). But now she's just her usual self, calm for now---and eating!!!  Kay does say that Tease is the widest/roundest pregant mare they have ever had and that she is hoping some of this is water weight for Tease.  Poor baby!!! :(
