Hi everyone, I was recently diagnosed with Sjogren's  :'(  and am trying to find out information on it.  I've had a difficult time dealing with the symptoms for the last five years but finally know what is causing them.  First of all, thanks for being here  :).  Secondly, any tips for survival?  And finally, does anyone know of any Sjogrens or related support groups in the Charleston, South Carolina area?  Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. Some of us have posted what we are taking in our signature to help others. The Sjogren's world website I believe has links to local support groups. I sleep with a scarf tied over the top of my head to help with gland and dry mouth issues. I have my daily 6-8 oz of carrot juice to help with pain. I also use Reflexology and Reiki to help with pain. I use lymphatic massage to reduce swelling and pain. ALA & ALC to help with memory and other issues (see signature). Dark cherries to help with RA issues. PMs are welcomed.
