That's because there is less tobacco stain .  Seriously, my Mom smoked for many, many years.  When I had to move her into the nursing home, I was so dismayed that I had to trash so much of her belongings because the tobacco stain had ruined them.

It also makes LOTS OF WRINKLES.

That's a serious smoker! I never smoke in my house or car & don't allow it.
My mother-in-law was a serious smoker, she was forced to quit & put on oxygen!
I could never stand to go there because her house stunk & made my eyes burn. Everything in her house was "off-white", as she called it. I called it "butt-yellow".
I'm the only smoker on my family side.

If Mim & Sandi keep this up.... they might just have groupies lined up 

I'm still considering the possibility for my self. I know my doctors would appreciate too.

Gosh Rach!  Join the club.  Come on!  Be a Stink Purty Girl.  You can do it. Look at all the money you'd save.  Lots of new clothes for that amount.  I'd be in shopping heaven.  And just think how much better you will feel when it's all over.

Well girls, day three and it is getting easier.

Only had a couple of times today that I thought about reaching for a cigarette, bit stressful at work and could have easily taken one but then said no I don't smoke and it passed real easy.  New day tomorrow and hope fully it too will get better.

Had my niece and hubby both smoking here tonight and managed not to crack so maybe I will make it.

Well done Sandi still going I am real proud of you.
