Got my labs back; follow up with rheumy Thursday

Had my first rheum. appt last week.  Ran labs and did some x-rays.  Labs came back - can anyone give me any feedback or thoughts?

ANA - 8 (neg. is 7.5) pattern is homogeneous as well as speckled pattern
Anit-CCP - 144 (less than 20 is neg. and 60> is strong possitive
HLA B27 - not detected - I'm not really sure what that one even is
Globulins 3.2 (2.6-3.1)
C-Reactive Prot. high sensit. - 0.08 (0.10-0.80)
Monocyte Absolute .14 (.16-1.00)
Sed rate 10 (0-20)
RA positive at 640 -- no ref. range but I think anything over 20 is positive?.
